Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items except in the case of a wrong or defective item being dispatched.

2. Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchanges are only applicable for items that are incorrect or defective.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

3. Verification Process:

  • Our customer support team will guide you through the verification process and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

4. Return Authorization Number (RAN):

  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required for processing exchanges. Please do not send any items back without obtaining the RAN.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Buyers are responsible for the shipping fees when returning items.
  • If the return is deemed eligible, we will refund the shipping cost to the customer.

6. Restocking Fee:

  • If a returned item is found to be ineligible for exchange, a 40% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
  • The remaining amount will be transferred to the customer.

7. Refund Process:

  • If the item is eligible for exchange, a new item will be dispatched at no additional cost to the customer.
  • The shipping for the replacement item will be prepaid by D2Demart.

8. Timeframe for Exchange:
